Shipping & Returns


Root To Flower will gladly refund all unopened products within 30 days of purchase.

Please include a receipt or proof of purchase. If you’re unhappy with your experience

follow the steps below;

1. Decide whether you would like a reimbursement or if you would like a store credit code
to try another product.
2. Reach out to us at info@root2flower or call us at 1-800-ITS-HEMP and tell us about
your experience.
3. We will send you a return slip to print out put on the bag or print your own postage to:

4. Take the package to your local post office to be shipped out. (It usually takes anywhere from 5-7 days to arrive to us)
5. Upon receipt of the return, Root to Flower will reimburse you in whatever payment method was used during your transaction.

Our products are usually delivered from time of shipment within 5-7 days using the

following carriers: USPS, UPS, DHL, FedEx. Depending on where you live, delivery times

may vary.
